What a great day this one was with over 56 Savvies turning up to run in the first of our Savvy Series runs The Shellharbour Festival of sport. Some amazing efforts on the day with everyone running PB’s. (The course was slightly short of 5k sshh)

Most runners backed up & joined the crew at Shellharbour North Beach for the Savvy Fitness South launch. We also had a number of the NRE Hawks players attending this special session.

Another action packed super session in the sun!

Running boxing & lift all formed part of a great workout.

Recovery works again showed their support for all with free massages & Lokamo had sports wear for sale.
