Run
Run: There are 2 types of RUN sessions. Interval RUN and Continuous RUN. Here we concentrate on improving speed and cardiovascular endurance.
During an Interval RUN session we focus on improving speed.
During a Continuous Run session we work on improving distance.
We work on achieving personal running goals of selected distances and train for such events like the 'City to Surf' fun run.
This class will get you running distances you may never thought you could achieve. Walking is always an option too.
