Morning, Noon or Night?

When is the best time to train? In terms of sports performance, flexibility, muscle strength and high power output early evening seems to be the best time for peak performance. So there are definitely more ideal times to train, however  it really depends on a number of variables like season, personal schedule, location, type of session, previous training, temperature, daylight etc. There are benefits to training at each different time but ultimately it will come down to what works best for you and which allows you to get the most out of your sessions.
