Training doesn't have to be complex to create results. Basically you move, you burn energy.

This just has to be consistent and certain moves will be more effective than others.

There are some really simple traditional exercises or movements that can be used to create great results for weight loss, toning and improving fitness and they don't even require a huge amount of equipment, you can just use your own body weight.

What's Right or Wrong for you?

There are so many different methods of exercise and exercise delivery on the market these days that I wonder why our population are still rated amongst the highest in the world for obesity.

There are so many that it is hard to know what is right and what is wrong and by right and wrong I mean what is right for you and what might not be right for you.

What might work for some may not for others so it is about trial and error, finding what works for you and getting it to keep working.

Within our body our metabolism works tirelessly to keep all processes of your body going and burn energy. The faster your metabolism the more kilojoules you burn and unfortunately as we get older it slows down.

There are a number of factors that determine your metabolism's speed like gender and genetics, however, you can have an amount of control over this too by controlling the amount and what food you eat and exercise you do.
