Savvy Fitness have the ambition to provide your students with high quality, comprehensive and leading edge health & fitness services within the school environment.
As young people’s motivation to be physically active is influenced by their level of enjoyment, we intend to make every training session and workshop an experience that they will learn from and incorporate into their own lives. We continually update and research the latest industry information to provide the best programs possible.
We value your students’ participation and recognise and reward their efforts with fun, satisfying and safe activities that will assist them in leading active, healthy lifestyles and being positive influences to those around them. Our main purpose is to teach the students to be Savvy and find practical, affective ways to lead active healthy lifestyles.
The 'Get Savvy @ School' program will teach your students skills and techniques in leading physically active and healthy lives.
We provide a range of fun and physical sessions suitably linked to the Syllabus. Our programs aim to achieve specific student outcomes and objectives for the appropriate stages.
Depending on the number of students in the class, there will be one or more fully qualified trainers at each session. These trainers are not only qualified fitness professionals; they are qualified PD/H/PE Teachers.
Savvy Schools can be used as a school sport option for any year group or as a special opportunity for KLAs such as PDHPE and/or elective subjects such as Sports Science and Sport Lifestyle & Recreation.

Corpus Christi Catholic High School has been utilising the services of Savvy Health & Fitness for the past two years as part of school sport across Stage 4 and Stage5. During this time Savvy has proven to be extremely professional and has strived to develop unique group programs that cater for the health and fitness needs of our students.
All sessions are challenging and the feedback from students and Teachers has been outstanding. Our students look forward to their three weeks of Yoga, Punch and Outdoor Physical Activity and Fitness sessions.

Holy Spirit College
Holy Spirit College have employed the services of Savvy Fitness for almost three years now. In this time the instructors have visited the school to take groups for a variety of fitness sessions.
We have found all instructors to be professional, punctual, experienced and well educated in the fields of health and fitness. The sessions have been enjoyable and varied and have been excellent value for all the students.

St Mary Star of the Sea College
St Mary Star of the Sea College has used Savvy Health & Fitness for the past year in providing quality exercise instruction for our College Sport Program. The sessions are structured to suit the needs and interests of our students, and are presented in a fun and interesting manner to provide lots of variety for our girls.
The instructors are friendly and professional in their approach and the students respond well to them. They are always well organized, punctual and skilled. They encourage the students to get involved for personal health benefits, while leading by example and presenting a positive, healthy self image. Savvy provide all the equipment necessary to implement their classes.
I have no hesitation in recommending Savvy to other schools wishing to promote health and fitness activities in their Sport or PDHPE programs.
At St Mary’s we also promote health and fitness for staff through Savvy Health and Fitness. Staff are invited to join weekly fitness classes with two friendly and qualified Savvy instructors. They cater for a wide range of fitness levels to allow everyone to participate at their own pace, to set goals and gain personal improvements.
Our College staff enjoy the opportunity to share some social interaction and gain fitness benefits at the same time. Participation in this program has encouraged many of our staff participants to join outside Savvy classes or alternate fitness activities, to make exercise an integral part of their lifestyle for health benefits.
