Glen represented Australia at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics. Won a Championship with the Hawks in 2001 and was named Grand Final MVP.

Also played in Grand Finals in 2005 and 2008.

Glen won the Hawks team MVP in 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2009 and finished 3rd overall in the voting for the 2003 NBL Most Valuable Player award and 4th in 2004.

Glen was awarded the 2003 NBL Best Defensive Player and attended the Australian Institute of Sport 1993, 1994 competing for Australia at the Junior World Championships (U/19) in 1995.

Glen remains the Hawks’ all time leader in points scored with 5506 and the leader in almost every other statistical category. He has more career rebounds than any other active player and currently sits 9th on the all time list. Glen recorded a club record 4 triple doubles in his career.

Glen draws on his professional sporting experience to motivate and inspire schools and corporate groups throughout the Illawarra. Glen's experience also allows him to deliver challenging and effective training sessions. Glen is currently completing his Personal trainer's qualification with Savvy and the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers.

Glen has a wealth of experience in public speaking, corporate promotion and school clinics.
