When did you start Savvy & Why:   2009.  I needed a change from the usual indoor gym.  Fellow Joey’s Angel team member Belinda had just joined Savvy so I thought I would try it too.  Much to my delight, another Joey’s Angel team member Norna whom I had known from Fitness first was already a Savvy veteran.  I made the change and have not looked back.

Favourite Class:   Hmmmm, well it definitely isn’t running!  Just joking, I have come to love the exhilaration I feel at the end of a running class however my favourite class is boxing.

What do you enjoy most about Savvy: Savvy is where you can be yourself and do something just for you and it is a wonderful feeling.

What have you gained from Savvy, have you achieved any goals:  Wonderful friendships!  AND I now run at least once per week, albeit in the tail end group but I still see that as a huge achievement because I have never before run in my life.

Anything you would like to say:  Thank you to the early morning Savviers, who turn up most mornings winter and summer, mostly with smiles on their faces and we all get to enjoy the best part of the day in magnificent surroundings – it doesn’t get much better than that J  Thank you to the wonderful trainers, you guys are awesome!
