What do you enjoy most about Savvy:

I enjoy every session. The trainers create an encouraging and motivating atmosphere, with sessions that are varied, flexible, challenging & fun and that accommodate the individual needs and goals of all group members. I love training in a group, as you can motivate and push each other and have lots of fun in the meantime. I also love all the hugs and the smiles!

What have you gained from Savvy, have you achieved any goals:

I have gained improvements in my strength, stamina, confidence and overall wellbeing. I feel a great sense of belonging.  And…….I am a runner!! I’m still in awe of my achievements.  I have also met great people who have become great friends.
