Balancing Out
There is nothing better than feeling healthy, fit, happy and energised. To feel like this and maintain it, it takes constant fine tuning. Our weight often influences this perception and being able to maintain this.

Helping Kids Get Active and Stay Active
Lifestyle diseases are still the highest form of illness and death amongst adults and still on the increase. Regular physical activity is not only a preventative for the risk factors associated with these diseases but it also can act as a cure. So there are definitely more ideal times to train, however it really depends on a number of variables like season, personal schedule, location, type of session, previous training, temperature, daylight etc. There are benefits to training at each different time but ultimately it will come down to what works best for you and which allows you to get the most out of your sessions.
